Shipping Policy
At Wishmaster, we specialize in high-quality electronic appliances designed to make your life easier. We are dedicated to ensuring a smooth delivery process for every order across the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Please review our shipping policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Delivery Coverage
- We deliver across all Emirates in the UAE.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
- All deliveries are handled exclusively by our trusted logistics partner, Ajex Courier. The shipment status can be tracked on the orders dashboard on the Wishmaster website.
2. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping (ongoing offer): Delivery is free when the items in your order add up to AED 100 or more, before any coupon or bundle discount.
- Note: If a return/refund is requested, the original shipping fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
- A delivery fee of AED 12.60 applies when the items in your order add up to less than AED 100, before any coupon or bundle discount.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Orders are dispatched within 0–1 days of payment confirmation.
- Standard delivery takes 1–5 days from dispatch for most locations.
- Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas are scheduled once or twice per week only, depending on location (see list below).
- Delivery time may vary during public holidays, weather disruptions, or high-demand periods.
4. Remote Area Deliveries
Certain areas are serviced only on specific days of the week due to courier scheduling. Orders placed for these areas will be delivered on the next available delivery day.

5. Failed Deliveries & Re-delivery
- If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, the customer may be charged an additional re-delivery fee.
- Delivery will be attempted twice for free; the third delivery attempt will be charged to the customer as per the shipping delivery partner.
- Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at checkout.
Important Note
- Wishmaster may update this policy from time to time. Changes apply only to orders placed after the update.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to stay updated with the latest version of this policy.
- Please be aware that Wishmaster complies with UAE laws and does not offer services or products to countries under OFAC sanctions.
